Be honest about how many people your place can comfortably sleep on sites like AirBnb

Be honest about how many people your place can comfortably sleep on sites like AirBnb
I'm not even a picky sleeper. I can happy sleep on the floor as long as I have a pillow. However, if I'm paying for a place that's supposed to "comfortably sleep 5 people", I expect to sleep comfortably.

I recently had an AirBnb arrangement where I ended up sleeping on couch cushions on the floor because the couch was 3.5 feet long. Some guidelines are below:

1. You can’t count each couch cushion as a place for one person to sleep.

2. A couch is the lowest quality of sleeping arrangement that you count as sleeping a person, and that couch must be AT LEAST 6 feet long.

3. You can’t count a chair as a place for a person to sleep.

4. A double bed only counts as two people

5. If you do count things like a couch, air mattress, or cot as part of the sleeping arrangement, you have to explain that on the AirBnb profile.
